For the Outdoor Enthusiasts
For those who like to be one with nature, we have over 1,000 campsites and growing! They range from primitive to full hookup for those who have their fifth wheels and RVs. We are blessed with THREE state parks that all offer campgrounds. Lake Guntersville State Park is our biggest park with the most spots. And they also have cabins for those who like to stay in something a little more secure. However, Cathedral Caverns State Park and Buck’s Pocket State Park both have beautiful spots to pitch your tent as well. But we also have privately owned campgrounds that offer great amenities as well. A few of our favorites worth checking out are Riverview Campground, Honeycomb Campground and River Ridge Retreat. All of these campgrounds are located lakeside as well, which makes it perfect for all water activities. Check out Kudzu Cove or Waterfront Bay if you are looking for a secluded cabin within nature.
