Graham Park in Albertville
This park is located right behind the Albertville Library and has a pavilion set for a picnic or you can bring your own blankets and set up in the luscious green grass. The park has a paved walking trail that circles the area as well as a playground to entertain your kids if you bring your family. Graham Park is located at 207 Baltimore Ave, Albertville, AL 35950
Arab City Park
The Arab City Park sits in a beautiful landscaped area that offers full shade from the sun. With picnic tables available, a fishing pond nearby and more, this spot should be worthy of your picnic date. You can enjoy the local Arab Historic Village afterward and take a walk throughout the shaded trail within the park. The Arab City Park is located at 844 Shoal Creek Trail Arab, AL 35016.
Old Mill Park in Boaz
Boaz’s Old Mill Park offers a variety of great spots to host your picnic including tons of grass space to throw down your blankets, or you can rent one of their pavilions on site. You can bring your whole family as their is a playground and a splash pad open during the summer. A walking trail also surrounds the park if you want to take a stroll following your picnic.
The Guntersville Dam
A picnic with a view makes for a great time. And you will definitely have that at the Guntersville Dam. Whether you choose a picnic table there or bring your own blankets, you can enjoy the day listening to the water rush through the gates. Both sides of the dam are open for this as well. You can bring a fishing pole and try out your luck in reeling in a big bass or catfish.
